Our Story
Totality can trace its roots back 30 years. Our owners are sisters who are truly natural-born caregivers with high empathy and passion for taking care of seniors.
Both women followed this innate desire to serve seniors by becoming nurses’ aides over 30 years ago. One owner continued into a nursing career in senior care and then moved into nursing home administration. The other owner took a slightly different path and continued to find herself called back to senior care.
They share a like-minded vision and passion for ensuring all senior care facilities are fully staffed and capable of meeting the needs of residents. This passion is evident in every engagement they have with clients and throughout their strict vetting process for consultants and the professionals they place.
